Print white letters on black background

If you try to print a Document in Microsoft Word using black as the background color, you will notice that you can’t. In order to use white letters on a black background in Microsoft Word, one can do:
Menu: Format->Borders and Shading
Tab:Shading
Patterns: Black Solid 100%
